Despite covid restrictions - at 79 with okra4life diet I skied not only on groomed trails but on ice! My body is still a work in progress. Diet & controlling toxic chemicals air-food-water-beverages works. Parkinsonism is legal name registered with Mayo Clinic over 37 years ago and still victims with Multiple chemical hypersensitivities, environmental intolerance, are being denied right to disability & proper medical help. The following is a page from a book that I still have; author was Dr. Paavo Airola first printing 1974 "HOW TO GET WELL" was a head of the curve as a healer using diet and nutrition instead of drugs. He also recommended Okra for heart disease - if I had eaten raw okra then & understood just how toxic my world was I may never have suffered the horrific brutal torture I endure with Parkinsonism Disease caused by Canola oil & toxic chemicals. The lastest fad of Veganism is great spiritually but frankly is not a diet that will work for someone damaged such as myself. Metabolic breakdown, POTS syndrome a severe neurological disorder that means we do not digest food well - and cannot eat too many food groups as once having to separate and keep our meal very simple in order to get the nutrition we need to survive.

Canadian children with allergies are dying with less rights than stray dogs! True. Dogs have activists. But in Canada everyone including doctors are in complete denial. How can you control any diet if your country does not even have a law that requires all ingredients (not just GMO) be listed on the label.?? Well, that's the horror of living in Canada. Not all allergy symptoms are the same. Anaphylactic Shock is the only one we hear about. March, 2014 Okra Detox Weight Loss system: I originally I began in part, items from Dr. Oz Show, which I fully admit! However; by July, then through-out the year, it became clear to me that no one diet works for everyone. Dan MacIsaac agreed to be my guinea pig - it has caused many laughs, tears & fits of rage from both of us. In the end, it was worth it! There is no other diet weight loss system like it on the planet. Just as each of us is unique, my okra system is basically similar to what one must do for allergies. Discover for yourself who you really are, what foods your body treats as an enemy. Then, I also, modified it for immune deficiencies, included in my okra diet for disease control system. OKRA DETOX; IS NOT A DIET, but a temporary system to reverse your biochemistry so that you can identify which foods are your personal enemy - it has proven to be extremely successfull. Dan struggled for 4 years and in just 3 months lost 23 lbs and I not wanting to loose weight - tested it 4 days and lost 8 lbs. Dan being a typical gambler, loves to mess with success, and has tried to screw it up horribly after being successful. Interesting, however, is that no matter how bad he cheats, he just cannot allow himself to regain all 25 lbs. Knowledge is power - and my new site gives to you for free all the power that you need. It also includes a wonderful successful diet for seniors with Paget/Osteoporosis diet I developed for my mom, 95, who because of it, despite being close to death from food poisoning (Google saved our lives and I also share all that also).
