SUPREME DIET IS JUST A NEW  SIMPLE TRICK ON A VERY OLD SYSTEM CALLED MANY NAMES.  It was first used about 100 years ago by Dr. Kellogg in Florida I believe.  His brother created the cereal empire for profit.  Dr. Kellogg was dedicated to helping sick people rich or poor.  

YOU MUST AVOID TOXIC ENVIRONMENT, GAS, OIL, DIESEL ETC CAUSE TOO MANY DISEASE, CANCER AND DIGESTIVE DAMAGE TO LIST.


I Google for a list of food groups because, peas are protein like beans.

Corn is a carbohydrate with fibre.  Tomatoes are the only exception, raw they are a fruit and should never be with protein, cooked they are excellent with protein. My mother was on anti-acid pills which doctors had done to me disregarding that the foods I was eating were laced with Canola (Rapeseed) oil, toxic chemical additives and that is why I got so sick every time I ate.  I took mother off all such drugs and she survived 21 years healthy and dancing 5 times a week...  by researching and created diets to control her diseases of which she had many.


FOOD COMBINING IS ONE NAME BUT REALLY IT IS ABOUT UNDERSTANDING THE BIO-CHEMISTRY OF WHAT YOU EAT AND SEPARATING YOUR FOOD GROUPS TO MAXIMIZE THE SUPREME SUPER POWER OF EACH FOOD GROUP.  EATING THIS WAY GIVES YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM THE ABILITY TO GET THE MOST NUTRITIONAL VALUE OUT OF THE FOOD YOU EAT.  MIXING THE OLD, MEAT AND POTATOES DINNER THEN DESSERT IS HOW YOUR SHORTEN YOUR LIFE, GET FAT AND THE WORST WAY TO EAT.  YOUR LIFESTYLE JUST WON'T BURN OFF ALL THOSE CARBS AND FAT AND YOUR BODY WILL NOT GET THE BENEFIT FROM THE FOOD YOU EAT.  


1966 When I was terminal, the Seventh Day Adventist put me on this system but strictly vegetarian.

When mom had was on anti-acid drugs, Asthma I got her off them,  okra diet gave her another 21 years of dancing 5 times a week.  Then at 95, nearly had heart attacks back to back due to severe stress of being robbed her home and estate,  she got muscle wasting disease, as do cancer patients and many other disease - and despite her terminal condition she did not die.  This system got her out of the hospital and back dancing for another 3 years until the anti-biotic Clindamycin killed her.  And that was simply due to her doctor's negligence


Point is this method works for many disease, bowel & digestion dysfunction and anything that causes metabolic breakdown like systemically being poisoned from toxic chemicals air-food-water-beverages, alcohol and/or drugs.


It does take a lot of discipline and very few people other than celebrities whose millions & career depend on them looking fantastic - can follow it.  But even if you only do it partly you will be amazed at the results.  I switched the system around to suit my mother's needs.  Am carbs -  Organic Oatmeal porridge which helps to prevent bowel cancer (based on many research studies in Europe) with pure maple syrup and large spoon organic O fat yogurt.  Yogurt contains the bacteria culture needed for digestion and bowel health.  

SUPREME DIET:     AM - FRUIT,  ONLY WITH OKRA & YOGURT  or carbohydrate in the am with oatmeal porridge, yogurt and fruit.  RAW TOMATO IS A FRUIT OR CAN BE USED WITH VEGETABLES.  

LUNCH - CARBOHYDRATE ONLY  like a sandwich with tomatoes.  Breads should be organic whole multigrain sprouted if available is the best.

MID DAY SNACK OR EVENING; VEGETABLES ONLY  broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, salad greens, tomatoes, onions and garlic with olive oil. (no peas they are a protein) celery, Fennel is delicious raw or cooked. Dill weed relieves stress and adds a delicate flavour to all meals. 

SUPPER - PROTEIN ONLY, MEAT, FISH, EGGS, MUSHROOMS, GREEK YOGURT, BEANS, PEAS, CHEESE.  Tomatoes are the only exception, if cooked okay with protein and meats.  Raw it must go into the fruit group.  I forgot this the other night and had a terrible night of cramps.  I ate eggs with raw tomatoes, have not done that in 30 years, got upset, distracted, & forgot to cook them and got cramps.

Onions and garlic are okay with veggies and protein.

Late night snack:  

A few samples below that I had mother on. 

AM FRUIT:  Mixed frozen fruit thawed with O fat organic yogurt and 2-5 raw (thawed frozen) okra.  Apple and Pineapple diced with yogurt. Pineapple are suggested as an aid to digestion.  Oranges can be too acidic may causing cramps in people with advanced digestion dysfunction, I had to stop oranges for 30 years until I got my Parkinsonism under control.   I still cannot eat grapefruit caused painful indigestion too acidic. 

MID MORNING SNACK:  ORGANIC mixed greens SALAD, splash of Extra Virgin Olive oil, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, GRAPE TOMATOES (Tomatoes are either a fruit or a vegetable and powerful in health benefits)

LUNCH: NOON - 1:00 PM   ORGANIC (or glutten free if you have a glutten allergy) MULTI-WHOLE GRAIN BREAD, HONEY AND ALMOND BUTTER.   OAT PORRIDGE WITH HONEY AND A FEW WALNUTS

SWEET POTATO FRIED IN OLIVE OIL  WITH ONIONS AND GARLIC

BEETS, CARROTS, ALL ROOT VEGETABLES CAN BE CONSIDERED A CARB

BROWN RICE IS CARB BUT A COMPLEX CARB, OK WITH PROTEIN.

MULTI GRAIN PASTA, ORGANIC TOMATO SAUCE, TOMATOES, ONIONS, RED PEPPERS & GARLIC MRS DASH HERBS.

MID DAY SNACK:  3:00 PM  VEGETABLES OF CHOICE ANYTHING YOU LIKE.  MOM LOVED STEAMED BROCCOLI, CELERY, FENNEL WITH ORGANIC AVOCADO (egg free) MAYONNAISE  GARLIC & MRS DASH HERBS.

SUPPER 5:00 - 6:00 PM: EGG OMLETE WITH CHEESE, ONION, MUSHROOMS, TOMATOES, PEPPERS. ORGANIC PORK, PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS, GARLC & ONIONS

RAINBOW TROUT WITH ONIONS, GARLIC & BUTTON MUSHROOMS

ORGANIC SKINLESS BONELESS CHICK THIGHS, BOILED WITH ONIONS, GARLIC, MRS DASH HERBS & RED PEPPERS (peppers are optional).

GROUND GRAIN FED VEAL, STIR FRY WITH MUSHROOMS, GARLIC, HERBS, RED PEPPERS, TOMATOES.

BROWN RICE STIR FRY IN OLIVE OIL,  WITH TOMATOES, MUSHROOMS, GARLIC ETC.

BAKED BROWN BEANS A PROTEIN WE EAT WITH EGGS MY FAVOURITE.  

PEANUTS ARE A PROTEIN WITH WHOLE GRAIN ORGANIC BREAD & PEANUT BUTTER IS A PROTEIN MEAL.  RAW PEANUTS MAKE ME SICK BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT A NUT BUT A LEGUME BEAN.  I CAN ONLY EAT DRY ROASTED PEANUTS OR COOKED PEANUT BUTTER.

MID EVENING:  10:00 PM TO MIDNIGHT:  MOM & I broke the rule and had Oat porridge or sometimes we cannot sleep. I break the rule and eat whole multigrain pasta or one egg, or chicken to help me sleep. If you can it is best not to eat or drink before sleeping but one has to do what works for them.  Dr. Pickering is 70 with the body of a 20 year old because he basically lives by this program.  Along with Yoga & exercise.  Dancing and cross country skiing are the best exercises for any one of any age!  Dancing is best of course because it is year round and does not rely on perfect winter snow conditions.

1974 Dr. Paavo Airola wrote a book that frankly he was ahead of the curve.  He also suggested Okra for heart disease & diabetes but cooked.  1995 I discovered by the grace of God that raw okra would reverse brain damage and restore memory.

Egg omelette with yogurt was good idea but forgot to cook the tomatoes and gave me gas pains for several hours. Never put fruit with protein.  Tomatoes are the exception if cooked they are excellent with protein. Tomatoes raw or cooked help prevent cancer.

SUPER FOODS:  There are talk on TV about many super foods.  I have searched trying everything over 66 years out of my 76 years and only found 3 that worked.  

1.RAW OKRA - FEEDS THE BRAIN, reversed my brain damage and restored my lost memory.  


2. CINNAMON 1/2 TEASPOON IN CUP HOT WATER, 1/2 TEASPOON HONEY, AM & BEFORE SUPPER, TWICE A DAY WILL CUT YOUR BELLY FAT along with a sugar free low carb, high protein organic vegetarian diet. 3. GARLIC PILLS (NATURE'S BOUNTY easier on stomach than Jamieson in large doses) will boost a low immune system.  I have dangerously low T&B cell function damaged by Rapeseed oil alias Canola hidden in my food since childhood causing me to be on anti-biotics to excess, since 1966 3-5 times a year. 1979 Clindamyacin (should be banned) is a deadly toxic Anti-biotic which nearly killed me, causing fatal colitis & heart attacks. Clindamyacin killed my mother causing so much heart damage there was no recovery. By 1985 until Aids research developed Zithromycin I was running out of antibiotics that would work!  A simple cut infects very rapidly.   I do not heal well and never found anything that worked well in food, herb, supplements or otherwise.  I would have to eat so much raw garlic that it would burn out the lining of my stomach. I had a friend in 70's did that.  A simple virus cold will turn into lung infection on me unless I take a truck load of garlic pills during flu and cold season - fall and spring.  Nature's Bounty coated Garlic pills have kept me antibiotic and drug free since 2009.

4: CLEAN AIR - NEVER EXERCISE IN TRAFFIC OR INDUSTRIAL FUMES.  I searched for 2 years to find air I can breathe without a gas mask which means I have to drive out of town for 45 min to get to a wilderness park.  Clean air into your lungs is priceless and there is nothing on earth that can do for you what clean air can do.  Below is my self portrait of when I finally found a place with clean air I could breathe.
