2006 - 2016 I did extensive research which kept my mother dancing to 97.
2019: I added anything new I found through health websites & google which I share at the bottom of the seniors diet.
Seniors do not have to wind up hunched backed and looking like this.

I recently saw a documentary research by a health consultant in a government study and over 50 need a minimum of 4-5 cups of milk daily.  Frankly I was shocked.  So I did this video to bring seniors up to speed on what we can do to get this in food instead of just supplements which frankly many are bogus and will be of no benefit.
